Market Place Rules

To be able to sell, trade, or buy books from the Marketplace you must be a member of the Market Group.

Posting your books for sale:

1. Supply title, author, copyright, condition and price you are asking.
2. For Box Lots give the number of books per box the general condition and the price you are asking. And any other information you wish to give about the books.
• Links to pictures are always a plus to help sell a book.
3. For large collections (larger than 50 books) please get administrator approval first or break them up over time.
4. It is up to the seller to state the terms for payment and shipping.
5. The price must state if the shipping is included or not in the given price.
6. Posts must be edited within 24hrs. to state what was sold and to whom (user-name).
7. Do not post books here that are being sold elsewhere.
8. Do not link from a post to a book you are selling at another site.

Bidding (Buying) books:

1. Buying is on a fist come first served bases. Post 'Dibs on x-item(s)' in a reply to reserve your spot.
2. Send an e-mail to the seller to confirm and make arrangements for payment and shipment.
3. If more information is required about a book, ask on the forum so that everyone may see the answer.

Banning:

1. Users will be banned from the forum immediately for any of the following reasons.
• Spamming the board.
• Flaming.
• Misrepresentation of goods.
• Dual sale of one or more books.
• Constant backing out of deals.
• Failure to comply with these or any future terms, rulings, or Administrative disciplines.
2. Banning is done by user name, ip-address, and email address.

If you have a complaint about a seller or buyer on this forum post them in the Praise & Complaints Forum where disputes can be resolved.
