Market Place Terms of Service

Subscription Charges:

LughnassadhBooks.com charges $2.00 monthly for the ability to buy, sell and trade in the Market Place Forum.
This charge is nonrefundable.
The subscription fee is charged each month on the day you joined, so if you joined on the June 1st and quit on the June 10th, you will still have been charged the $2.00 for access to the Market Place. If you feel that there is a problem, email the Admin immediately!

Limits:

There are no limits to the number of books you can buy, sell and trade in the Market Place, except that we request that you get Admininstrator or Moderator approval for large collections (50 books or more) first, unless the collection is being sold as a whole.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or sexually-oriented material, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP addresses of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

**Update** This line was removed — Please keep listings contained to the romance genré. The listings of anything else will be removed. — opening up the Market Place to all books.

LughnassadhBooks.com reserves the right to suspend or ban users for any reason at anytime; to remove, edit, move or close any topic or post; to modify any programming or page design of the Forum; to modify the subscription fee; or to modify the terms of service at anytime.

Pricing and Charges:

It is up to the seller to set the item price, shipping price, payment method and terms of sale. Of course, the buyer can negotiate for a better price if the seller is open to such negotiations but, LughnassadhBooks.com will not intervene or arbitrate any negotiation or dispute between the buyer and seller.

Neither LughnassadhBooks.com nor its affiliates, administrators, moderators, or webmaster do not have physical access to any of the items being sold by subscribers to the Market Place Forum. Items posted for sale, as well as descriptions of condition, price and terms, are the direct responsibility of the posting subscriber. LughnassadhBooks.com does not make any warranties or representations regarding the reliability, integrity or quality of goods offered by any of the users listed in the Market Place Forum. LughnassadhBooks.com will not be held in any way liable for any consequences to users who elect to enter into transactions with Market Place Forum subscribers.
